Polar is our checkout provider and merchant of record. Polar processes payment and billing details under its privacy policy. ShipFast may receive order, contact, and entitlement information from Polar, but we do not receive or store your full card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to send requested purchase or launch updates, deliver repository access and product benefits, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve ShipFast. We do not sell personal information.

3. Service Providers

We use service providers including Polar for checkout and order management and PostHog for product analytics and waitlist backup. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments.

4. Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. We retain information only while it is needed for the purposes above, support, fraud prevention, and applicable record-keeping obligations.
