1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ShipFast or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms. Polar acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller under its checkout buyer terms; your right to use ShipFast is governed by the license below.

2. Use License

A paid license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use and modify ShipFast for unlimited personal, client, and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the ShipFast source code as a boilerplate, starter kit, template, or competing product. Repository access is for the buyer and their authorized project collaborators only.

3. Updates and Support

Lifetime updates means access, at no additional license fee, to updates released for the current ShipFast product. It does not promise a specific feature, release schedule, or maintenance period. The founding setup review applies only to eligible orders completed before the deadline stated at checkout.

4. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase using the support contact on your Polar receipt. Approved refunds are processed through Polar, and associated repository access and product benefits may be revoked.

5. Third-Party Services

ShipFast includes integrations with third-party services. Their terms, availability, pricing, and policies are controlled by those providers. You are responsible for reviewing them before using an integration in your own product.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

ShipFast is provided "as is" and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShipFast is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the product.
